     William Global Partners Limited (Hong Kong) and its Shanghai WFOE, WGP Investment Consulting Company Limited (Shanghai), were founded by Dr. William Mobley in 2006. WGP works with organizations on various types of projects in China including investment advisory, China entry consulting and execution, select WGP direct investments, and business development.
