 Bill is a highly experienced business leader, educator, administrator and consultant. He has served as head of Corporate HR Research & Succession Planning for PPG Industries, Dean of the School of Business and later President of Texas A & M University, Managing Director of PDI Asia Pacific, and is Professor Emeritus at China Europe International Business School（CEIBS）. He consults with many major multinational organizations. Bill earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland and has lived in Greater China for over 15 years. He has started five firms in China and supported the China entry/development of multiple companies in multiple sectors. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of several firms in Shanghai, Hong Kong and the US, he is also a member of the Shanghai American Chamber of Commerce and Rotary International. Bill resides in Shanghai. |
